Does anyone know of any sites that show nutrition data for various wild plants?
All I can find thus far is on
http://nutritiondata.self.com for stuff like Lambs Quarters (cooked, boiled, drained, with salt), Dandelion greens raw, Dock raw, Chicory greens raw, Burdock root raw, Mustard greens raw, Cattail Narrow Leaf Shoots, and Purslane raw. That site has a great amount of info on the plants and foods it does have, but with wild greens there's hardly any selection at all. It does make it great for comparing common grocery store/garden vegetables with the foraged wild stuff (pic I put together from that site).
There are other sites, but most focus on 1-2 stats and hardly a select, most repeat the info in these images.
