I can see this excelling in a very limited number of situations for a very limited number of people, and I can imagine that in whatever country where it was invented, those situations just so happen to be common enough to merit the commercial production of these things. I can think of one or two paved trails where I might be able to pull it off without significant difficulty. Pic wholly unrelated.
