Found this wild type of pineapple innawoods while I was looking for some seeds to bring home, I found a half-eaten fruit and kept the upper part that I know you can plant regular pineapples from, it even has SEEDS!
I tried planting the seeds but it didn't grew, it's a way smaller version than the regular pineapple and tapirs eat them innawoods and then they grow from the upper portion around the area where the first one was eaten, I made sure to pick up one that didn't had a chance of sprouting up normally and planted it home.
It has been 3 years since I planted it.
