Otherwise, have you ever considered part-time or seasonal work? I don't know how real the job is, but something like in the firewatch game? I feel like people these days work a lot more than they need to, financially speaking. Especially if you figure out the most expensive bills and cut down on them. Learning to cook cheap meals can half your grocery bill easily.
If you want to live 100% off the grid, expect to live like the attached pic, without power, refrigeration, anime or comfort in general. And rangers will probably arrest you or something.
