We love car camping. Roll up to a campsite with a clear swimming hole and clean showers and bathrooms. Set up a giant 9-person instant cabin that I can stand up in alongside a 12' canopy and get the extension cord for the portable air conditioner. Bring pre-made meals in aluminum trays we can wrap in foil and bake on a fire or a Weber grill. Enjoy being outside and making a home away from home. Yeah, there's other people, but the people are always friendly and chill as long as we don't end up with the burrito clan with 17 kids blasting Tejano music.
