and just re: cyclists moving over. Cars tend to took and hurl abuse if you dont move over - even when the side of the road is in too poor of a condition to actually ride onto it without drastically reducing speed. Instead of waiting 20 seconds they generally fly out around in a huff, carrying on like idiots.
