same when i go /out/, unless it's a very easygoing day i notice pain and feebleness, as in i notice that joint isn't as strong as when i first started the session and i have to be extremely careful where i step, since i'm a bit scared that i will have a misstep and i will sprain my ankle again (this happened last summer and also a couple years ago, both times exact same injury)
why does this happen, is it normal that this part of my body feels so weak compared to the rest? what can i do about it?
