OP, I support your efforts. But the weight seems a little excessive. Try to cut weight with a little more expensive gear. It tends to cost more to weigh less. Definitely worth the money after a long hike though, especially if you roll your ankle then have to still support 60 pounds of stuff. Also, if possible, try to get some of the weight off your back. Like with a thigh rig or butt pack.
Is your setup modular? Can you remove parts you don't need? Either will molle or velcro or just separate packs? A different disaster might require different equipment. A severe earthquake might require you to have some climbing gear. A serious winter storm might warrant some crampons.
Lastly, try a long term survival thing if you have the means and the time. Like a month or more. See how well you can navigate with maps to get to a predetermined point without using well established trails or roads.
