I feel like most of us here on 4chan could go quite a while without real human contact. Not even having books or other forms of human-made art is something else though.
I'd consider works of art as condensed humans. It's their thoughts and emotions condensed into something other people can experience, without having contact with the artist.
Being completely alone, without books or music - I'd probably go nuts as well.
