Once you reach Scandinavia hitchhiking is not that hard in my experience. all the ones I´ve picked up have been super nice too, usually they just need a lift across the bridge to Sweden and because the road is set up like it is. people heading for the bridge are guaranteed to need to go to the bridge themselves and are very likely to pick you up
