>>1612282Fantasy genre LitRPG genre right now. Like the kind that has mainly wilderness locations, but not all:
"The Good Guys," series by Eric Ugland (fantasy LitRPG)
"The Trapped Mind Project," Emerilia series by Michael Chatfield (high-sci-fi, diy, war, high-fantasy, and LitRPG)
"Transcendental Misappropriation," Pentacle series by Robert Harper (sci-fi & fantasy, not LitRPG))
"Dragon Precinct," series by Keith R.A. DeCandido (crime fantasy genre, not LitRPG)
"Threadbare," series by Andrew Seiple (fantasy LitRPG)
"The Ten Realms," series by Michael Chatfield (fantasy, sci-fi,
>>>/k/ operator LitRPG)
"Chronicle," series by Kevin Murphy (fantasy LitRPG)
The LitRPG genre is fairly new and a lot of the series are still being actively written. LitRPG is like the anime isekai genre, but always involves classic table top or video game RPG character stats & stat grinding metrics. Some are heavy on stats while others are not. As with any genre there's absolute fucking shit books and some real gems so don't let the /v/ or /tg/ aspect dissuade you, if you like sci-fi and fantasy.
It should be noted that the 1st few books of the Emerilia series made me get off my ass, go /out/side, and get some god damn work done. It was quite inspiring for some reason.
