>Flashlights (at least two for each person, with one set of backup batteries)>Gloves>Some kind of filtration mask in case of moldy environments or harmful materials in the air like asbestos>Long pants>Boots thick enough to walk over glass with (or trail runners with rock plate?)>A bump helmet for caving or just in case anything falls on your head in a building>Camera so you can share all your trespassing adventures with your friends on /out/Anything else? I feel like that would cover most everything bad that could happen to you in an old building.
Maybe bring an IFAK if you want to be REALLY safe.
