I'm cleaning up the backyard/patio/garden properly this year (I rent so only within reason). I have one of these grass/palm weed things in a pot. they spread like wildfire by dropping these fronts everywhere (as circled).
My plan for this little garden bed was to plant marigolds because everyone loves marigolds, but then when I moved this giant porcelain planter out of the garden bed I saw the grass ball was trying to spawn by dropping a frond.
Will this thing reach the ground and should I let it? It's zero maintenance and they don't ever fucking die. Or should I sprinkle with my marigold seeds instead? WWYD?
