Nobody in our family knew that she owned one and I'd never even heard a gun fired before. As a kid I was a little shaken but she explained to me why it was important I knew how to shoot. I learned to use a gun hanging out with her and my parents didn't know for a long time. If they had, I proabably wouldn't have been allowed to go on any trips with her.
