Growing a bunch of vegetables for the first time ever. Got some zucchini, beets, bell peppers, and carrots (not pictured, they just started emerging). I live in Hardiness Zone 9b. When's the right time to stick these outside? I'm afraid they'll burn up under the sun, but every single piece of literature I can find says that all 3 of these plants require "full sun, 6-8 hours per day". I feel like the zucchini might survive, but the others I think would just get incinerated within a day.
What do? Just keep them inside until they turn into "real" plants and develop more leaves?
