I love being /out/, but i also fucking love art and the arts industry. Considering that most of my fellow graduates work min wage jobs and have no hope of making it big as an artist, I'm pretty dang proud that I made a bach of arts work for me. I get to pick and hang gallery shows, program all the classes and kids and adults take in my organization and occasionally organize an artist in residence. Not bad.
Except for potters, fuck them, they're thorns in my sides.
