>>934206Of course I bought it as a project and had to do several weekends worth of work + put around $1500 extra into it before it was even ready for the water. My friend and I cut out the whole floor which was rotten, took out all the foam underneath which was saturated and just dead weight, replaced all the rotten main beams with treated lumber, replaced the floor with exterior grade plywood, made all new seats, had to build a new console, re-wired everything and installed new LED headlights, had to replace all the hatch covers with exterior plywood, installed some homemade rod holders and rod storage, beefed up the transom with a 1/4" aluminum plate, had to put a new power pack on the motor, new batteries and fuel lines..... All in all the boat cost me about $3k and a lot of elbow grease before it was "lake ready".
