I've seen a ton of boomers in this thread tell you that you should "work hard to get a good job to make money to buy land!" But working to buy land nowadays will take you at least 20 years and as you have said several times in this thread, you still have to pay the goberment's extortion fees and they can Ruby Ridge you whenever they want. There is no way to escape the system by playing their game.
This isn't really a guide, just some advice to weather the coming collapse:
1. Develop a plan and be prepared. Create a bugout bag, have at least a weeks supply of food and water in your car, carry a handgun. If your at the grocery store and everybody instantly turned into meth-fueled murderhobos would you be able to GTFO? Don't go anywhere without having a plan.
2.Get /out/ as much as you can. As the world gradually gets worse, more and more people are gonna try going innawoods. You need to get used to the outdoors and find places where nobody will go.
3. Never get yourself in a financial situation you can't back out of. Don't have ANY debts. Don't take out a loan. Never make extended payments on something unless you can cancel the payment at any time. Never owe any money to anybody. Society may be crumbling, but debt collectors will still track you down to the ends of the Earth if you have an unpaid parking ticket.
4. Don't give a shit about anything and live a stress-free life. If your happy just working retail then just work retail. If you want money, work at a warehouse for a couple months, then go back to a job your happy with. High-paying jobs require exponentially more effort and stress.
