Does anyone know how to find places to go practice bushcraft in BC? I got my friend really into it and we want to go camping in the bush where we can build things and not be disturbed, and not anger the government too much.
Is it just a matter of driving up to crown land and hiking in to a spot? Is there a way to find known entrances and trails? I think he's going to want to stay somewhat close to his vehicle, unless that's not an option at all.
Also how to avoid hunters and popular hunting locations?
If anyone can help with any of this it is very much appreciated by us both.
