I find using an attachment on a cheap handcart/dolly to move planters makes things much easier and you can get much larger containers for the plants. Of course, by that point you could simply break out some lumber and make custom sized/shaped containers that you can strap to a hand cart and wheel around as needed. It'd probably be cheaper since some of those large pots are stupidly expensive. Also, every 55-gallon blue plastic water drum yields 2 large containers when cut in half.
