Can someone please ID this plant for me? It appeared out of nowhere in my backyard and the dogs killed the grass so I have no idea how this got there. It kind of looks like a raspberry but doesn't have the serrated/'sharp' looking leaf edges so I don't know what it could be or where it came from since the grass is all dead....

In fact, where does /out/ get their seeds from? What stores and how much do you pay? I haven't seen any peanut seeds before. I go to Wal Mart, Dollar Tree, 99 Cents Only, Home Depot, Target, and Lowes to get my seeds which range from 0.20 to $3.00 a pack depending on the brand/variety. I'm having a hard time finding any place that sells Rue/Syrian Rue (the herb) I went to maybe 40 stores and nobody sells the seeds!
