secondly I don't think surplus would be the best choice for what you are after
as other people have said look at hardware stores, but if you want a full blown mil-spec gasmask spend the extra money and get something currently in use, the only one of mine that I would trust to filter anything is the black (top left) that I cant for the life of me remember the name of but its the one the Danish police force and the Danish home guard uses (I think) and the sealed filter that goes with it
as a side note, I got the two top right ones with a recent purchase at my local surplus store but the owner didn't know the make and model of them, does anyone have a clue?
