I spread a bunch white clover seed on a bare clearing last spring, and it's bee heaven this year with lots more deer around. The soil has kept a lot more moisture in and I'm think that's where I'm putting my leftover garden seeds this year and seeing how they do.
I also sprout every fruit seed I ever get and put the seedling somewhere nice on the next trail I go on once it's ready. There's a couple apple trees I planted a year or two ago that are like little christmas trees now.
