What can I expect from the swag vs a tent or hammock?
The main reason I bought one was because they are a whole lot easier to set up yourself compared to a traditional tent. Plus a lot of camper here in Aus seems to favour them. But the damn thing is way bigger rolled up than I expected. I mean I watched a bunch of videos before I bought but it's not till you see it in person that you realise just how big (and heavy) it is. If I'm taking anyone other than just myself in my car I will probably have to strap it to the roof to have enough space in the back for everything else.
My only other concern is how the canvas will hold up in heavy rain. Should I be setting up a tarp above it if I expect a down pour?
