Basically, you need to rip apart the pallets, so all the wood is laid out. Then you can better use it for construction. The main failing of pallet-sourced materials are some actual studs. You won't need the plywood, but the 4x4s and studs are a must. The thin boards from the pallets will be what you are going to use instead of plywood. I recommend that you use a drill to make pilot holes for all the pallet-sourced woods as some will be rather hard and well seasoned, which may end up splitting or simply ruining your fasteners when you attempt to install them.
As for how to build it, typical stick framing methods will work and you can find info on that all over the internet. One thing to remember, you need to stagger the pallet wood when you use it as siding. Think of it as though it were brick work, 1 board over 2 boards over 1 board repeating. that way you never have a, "joint," or, "run," of all the boards' ends meeting together in a line right up the side of the structure, making it weaker in that section.
