1930s Triangle Stem KBB Rocky Briar paneled billiard loaded with Dunhill Flake.
KBB is the parent company of Kaywoodie, and they were at their absolute peak in the years leading up to WWII. At the time they were the biggest pipe company in the world, and their best pipes were easily the match of what we now think of as the big boys-Dunhill, Comoy, Barling and Sasieni.
Everyhing about this pipe is well executed and in great shape-the carving, the finish, the mouthpiece, the wood, and the airway. It's beautiful, light and smokes wonderfully.
Paired with some excellent Dunhill Flake the experience is awesome. A great end to a great weekend.
