There's a large deep running river filled with trout and whitefish within walking distance to my home that I almost NEVER fish.
I've almost never fish it because I have no idea how to use spoons or spinners on a moving river and all I end up is getting them caught in rocks, full of that brown algae mush, and feeling like an idiot for trying.
Any advice?
