All you need is a long shank size 7 hook not a 7/0 get bobbers and a bag of small swivels about the size of a bean seed I forgot the size off hand.
Buy a 10-20lb mono leader spool if your reel line is braid tie a Palomar knot from the braid to the one end of the swivel on the other end of the swivel tie a clinch knot using the mono leader depending on how deep your water is I'd avoid having to long of a leader so your bobber can keep the bait off the bottom and more in the area you want it so if the water is 5 feet deep and the fish are 3 feet from the top you want to make sure your leader isn't long that it passes that feet of water bobber corks work good to they have a plastic pipe you pull out and put your line in the foam normally there is a cut for the line then put the plastic pipe in so the line gets stuck where the plastic pipe pushes it against the foam.
