How do yall process deer in CWD areas?
Normally I cut the meat at the base of the skull as shown in my webm, then cut the spinal column and cord with a hacksaw. I also use the hacksaw to break the shanks into segments for osso buco and breaking the full ribs into half length. As such, even with blade changes thereis still a lot of opportunities to spread prions.
