But this is in Texas. You fish SW like you would FW. Get SW baits or even just curly tail grubs and go wade out about waist deep and cast and retrieves. Wander around looking for the fish.
The same is the case for SW piers, rivers, flats and jetties. Just use a lure or live shrimp/fish, cast close to structure, stay mobile and watch the weather.
If anything SW fish are easier to catch. FW fish are much more wary.
