2 of 3 of my Yacon tubers have leaves. Well, one has leaves(pic) and one has a green spot trying its best to become a leaf. The third needs to send out another shoot, as its original shoots were knocked off in the mail. These things get crazy tall so it will be a challenge growing them indoors until I can set them outside in spring.
