Now this isn't something we had a lot of feedback on, few people claimed to have problems with Fiskars, only three managed to prove it with a picture, and two of these actually had it replaced, the other one turned out to be a cheap Chinese copy.

As for the head, you'll find plenty people telling you it's great. I've had two for like 10 years now, haven't run into the slightest problem with either.
