>>2320255You are correct here. It was my first time making my own pallete from tubes, so I didn’t really quite know what I was looking for. Phthalo blue is a very strong staining color. Like even a tiny drop of not very pigmented water will not come out of the paper. However, it does make very nice skies, you just have to be careful with it. In the future I will go with another blue though. Maybe manganese.
