>>561181If I was /out/, I'd clean around the wound with water, irrigate the wound, add a couple drops of iodine, and then bandage. There are a million types of antiseptic, iodine is good while /out/ because it doesn't damage tissue and can also be used to treat your water.
If I was home, I'd do almost the same but irrigate with salt water and not use iodine.
