The saw is invaluable and can be used to cut trees and other things to create shelter/tools/traps etc. You basically have a big sheet of metal that can be snapped apart to make other tools like a small knife or like OP said, a machete.
The fishing rod gives you immediate food, which you need to keep having the energy to do anything.
The tent is the best shelter option. Why would you choose a tarp over a tent? A Tent is basically multiple tarps plus poles, cordage, zippers, netting, and other little tidbits of man-made material that you can re-use. The biggest thing - BUGS. Holy fuck imagine being able to just zip yourself away from the mosquitos? That alone could save your life not to mention hypothermia from rain.
The water factor is huge. In the end, if you can assume there will be rain, then bring the pot. You can collect rainwater in it and also boil seawater and use part of the tent to capture steam. Worst case you can use a big leaf. Water is the biggest thing.
You can sit in the shade and drink water until rescue comes, that is the number one thing. Second is food and fire. If you have all of the things that I already mentioned then it puts you in a position where you have the strength and energy to spend all day making fire. Once you have done that you are set for a long time.
