This tends to vary from frozen mice to live crickets. Though they should have stuff like mealworms, butterworms and bloodworms too
Some walmarts will have a mini-fridge in the sporting/outdoors section with small tubs of worms too.
Most worms can survive just fine with fresh dirt and cool temperature which is usually what you'll buy them in.
