-Stilly: Canon Powershot S70 (only till I save-up for a real camera)
-Video/Action: Oregon Scientific ATC9K and ATC3K
-Audio Recording: Tascam DR-40 with any number of various mics, depending on the purpose
I usually have the HD action cam setup for daylight around camp, and I always have it running when I'm on my bike - in case I fall off a cliff, get shot by a redneck, attacked by a bear, run over by Mule ;) or hit by a car
The audio recording I roll from around dusk for the evening ambiance and wildlife, and of course to further document me being eaten by a bear while i take a dump
