Generally the van I bought is pretty discreet. It doesn't look like someone would live in it and that's one of the reasons I chose it.
I could park it anywhere really, although I bet I'll be in the city a lot of the times. Just put it in a residential area with free parking. Could bicycle to work/groceries and go back when it gets dark.People won't look twice, the only time you'd notice is when I step in the back and don't come out for the next 12 hours haha.

I really love cooking so I guess I'd have to tune down on that. Eat a lot of canned foods/nuts/peanutbutter but that's fine. I'm very aware of my nutrients, used to count them.
Like I said there is a small stove so I could boil water.
