Even a hefty stash of condoms or the pill is going to run out fairly quick.
Do you attempt a backyard vasectomy or tube tying?
Sure there are plenty of ancient methods, but can you really risk getting pregnant?

Maybe years down the track when life begins to curtail into normality but you are going to want sex a long time before that.
