>>2052141Texas is flat as a pancake, I don't think there are many mountains or noticeable hills until you get out to the far western side of the state. Texas is also has less uninhabitable land and was mostly settled before California even became a state.
Threadly reminder that California was actually one of the most conservative states in the Union until the 90's, not quite Texas conservative but it was more conservative than Florida is right now.
