Uranus is between the Pleiades and Jupiter though and you can spot it with a pair of binoculars. Just locate the stars that I have connected with orange lines and the bottom one will be Uranus and will be very dim but visible. You can also see the moons of Jupiter through binoculars so you should definitely get yourself a pair. You can easily find a pair of 8x40 binoculars in a thrift shop for like 100kr.
