The top one would be difficult to do, as the guy I'm buying from won't cut down the buffalo roll (The black spacers) to the 1mm as shown here. The cream coloured bits on the ends of the first two are water buffalo and are pretty much required if the black buffalo roll isn't thick enough and I don't want to have antler on the ends because you'll be able to see the marrow otherwise.
Which do you guys prefer in terms of appearance? I understand the picture isn't a perfect representation. Think the Helle Odel's handle.
