Is getting/staying big while bouldering really possible? I'd like to stay around 210lbs cut at 6'3 but also be able to send boulders around V6-V8 with relative confience.
If so, how do people manage training without killing themselves? I'm thinking if I wanted to do a traditional 5/3/1 mesocycle it would look something like this:
Monday- Bouldering 1-2hrs, 5x10 Rows, 5x10 Bench, Dips and pull ups for accessory
Tuesday- Squat 5x10, Hill sprints, Bulg splits for accessory
Wednesday- Boulder 1-2hrs, OHP 5x10, Facepulls for accessory
Thursday- Rest
Friday- Boulder 1-2hrs, DL 5x10, RDLs for accessory
Sat- rest
Sun- Boulder outside
Is this too much? Is anyone doing anything like this right now?
