That video shows how to make one, the only thing he doesn't show is the barrier in the fuel feed. You need a little platform to put your fuel source on, and have air flow under it, like in my image. You can make that by cutting a piece from another can and flattening it. It also doesn't hurt to get some high heat resistant caulk and run it around some of the seams. Some caulk used for wood burners works well.
