1. Very durable, I use every day.
2. On the Leatherman Wave It can be dismantled with special bits and screwdriver.
3. In some Juise really worth the rivets and they are almost impossible to make out. They can only make out damaging rivets.
4. Leatherman often cheaper and sew constructed, they are easier to disassemble and repair.
