As far as environmental damage goes or really any topic. You should always be able to separate objective truth from whatever shit either side is trying to peddle. Lefties tend to fall into the thought trap of thinking that every little thing can be regulated and taxed into being solved (which doesn't work if the underlying problems aren't addressed), whereas righties tend to simply deny that something is a problem (or even exists) until its an overwhelming problem and then claim that they were the first ones to know about it and have been trying to fix it all along. In other words both sides are full of shit and don't actually know how to fix things, go eco-fasc or go home.
Oh and by the way things may be permanently fucked at this point so keep that in mind. The world itself won't end but there is going to be a HUGE die off phase before things stabilize again, so plan accordingly.
