>>2018407>It can get betterSure, but not sure if it can without a surgery or something.
>>2018426stretch my knee? lol. I do stretch especially when skating or doing any activity. Also I went from 95kg to 77 since then, pretty much optimal weight for me. Also not a German but I just ordered deck and other shit from there. Also I'm living quite healthy lifestyle, drinking 0-2 times a year, don't smoke, eat healthy etc. Did a lot of running and walking last year and lost weight, didn't really bother my knee much though so it felt better back then compared to now.
>>2018430well here is some more, above and below and I'm doing the exercises every day, don't feel like they are helping, sometimes I feel that it makes my knee feel worse, but I will keep trying for a while at least and I will try to skate again when the spring comes in a month or two. And around the time of the injury I skated 2-4 times a week, as much as my body allowed. Before that I had like a half a year break because of a sprained ankle and winter and before that I was skating almost every summer since 2003 or so, sometimes more and sometimes less.
>>2018434I used to have pretty big quads, but now I lost weight and also a bunch of muscle, I can't do squads for example. because of the knee, it starts to hurt, so not easy to gain more muscle anyway, I feel like its not about that, there is prolly something fucked inside the knee, it wouldn't have the weird rustling noise otherwise I think...
>>2018625Dude I got some sharp enough of a pain middle of doing a trick that I fell because of that, so fuck you faggot. Mental my ass. Feels like something is fucked inside my knee, otherwise this kind of shit wouldn't happen, at least I doubt.
Also used to be able to do vid related quite consistently. But not so much around the time of the injury.
