I bought myself one since most camping I was doing at the time was car camping and right before my purchase I had an unfortunate incident with my tent flooding while sleeping on the floor.. Not pleasant. To avoid that ever again will be worth it by itself. It is pretty heavy though and is more difficult to transport if you don't have a truck or SUV since it doesn't fold as compact as a tent would. I can squeeze it into my sedan but only after some finessing.
Overall it's very comfortable, will keep you dry, and is very fast + easy to set up.
