>>1769997I have a version of both. My mora I got (gift from my dad) when I was 12 or 13, over 20 years ago now. I use my mora for utility purposes, and it stays in my main toolbox. I take care of it and give it a polish now and then, it's served me well.
My puukko is too nice for that. I have and do use it /out/, but I don't abuse it too much.
My finest knife is my Laguiole, and I only use it to open letters, cut string, bread, meats, cheese, etc. I do bring it /out/ too though. Pic related, mine looks a lot like that. Pistachio wood is very nice and it fluoresces under black light, in case you're ever in a club with black lights.
