>>1475569I've heard that the marble mountain wilderness is beautiful as well, but I can't say I've actually been (to many spots and too little time!). Another great place is the lost coast trail. It is significantly more popular, but for a reason. I had a blast doing a 3 day backpack with a couple friends. You are hiking ON the beach and on the bluffs and it really is a unique experience (not too many backpacks like that). Walking in the sand can be tiresome, but definitely worth it for the views and vibes. You can reserve a permit on the
recreation.gov site far in advance.
